Kevin McAuliffe joined NBC Universal from his role as SVP Branded Entertainment for Universal Television Networks when the companies merged in May 2004. McAuliffe is currently the SVP of Client Solutions and Branded Content for the NBC Universal Cable Branded Entertainment Group. His mission - focus on establishing and proactively seeking new television based partnership opportunities for NBC Universal's vast range of brand clients.

Reporting into Linda Yaccarino, President NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment & Digital ad sales, McAuliffe is responsible for overseeing content partnership efforts across USA, Syfy, E!, Bravo, Oxygen and Style. More specifically, McAuliffe develops strategic content partnerships, co-financed programming models and brand integration partnerships directly with brand clients, as well as exploring early stage development opportunities. In each case, his efforts are focused on alliances based on each individual client and specific network needs. According to McAuliffe: "The media and entertainment landscape has changed dramatically across the last decade, that the term 'partnership' between consumer brands and entertainment content constitutes a marketplace approach that should deliver on marketing strategy for both the network property and brand partner. This is a very unique time in the industry to re-define how brands and entertainment companies come together to explore content partnerships that leverage original content to benefit all parties – brands, distributors and consumers. It's truly a marketing strategy sell across the content lifecycle."

McAuliffe's background includes experience ranging from agency and client side brand management, to entertainment and media marketing that is driven by an "idea first" philosophy based on experience that comes from all sides of the table. Specifically, his experience on the agency side includes managing the Pepsi Entertainment Group, as well as several brand campaign efforts across multiple consumer market categories; and on the entertainment side, he has held top level management positions for NBC Television Network, News Corp., TV Guide and Universal Television Networks. Mr. McAuliffe graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BFA in Advertising, and a minor in music performance. Mr. McAuliffe lives in Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.
